I buy one bag of candy corn every year.
I eat it in fewer sittings than I should, snapping the too-sweet white tip off of each individual piece (kernel?) and let it fall to the bottom of the bowl as I munch on the two layers that are actually delicious.
🔮 SpOoKy SzN isn’t really my thing, but I sure do love that annual binge.
And man, people get fired up about candy corn.
People. Hate. Candy corn.
Why do you care about me eating corn syrup and caranuba wax to the point of illness once every October? Don’t yuck my yum, bro!
And also, why aren’t you coming for the people who like black jelly beans or circus peanuts or salted licorice or literally any candy with coconut? Vom.

So love what you love and do what you do how you do it, because that’s what makes you special.
Put yourself out there, witchy warts and all.
Let that freak flag fly 🤩🏁
There will always be haters. And sometimes it’s worth choosing to fight that good fight. But a lot of the time? It’s just noise you can ignore. And imma enjoy my tricolor sugar high in peace.
So what are the kernels in your business that make you special (and would mystify and enrage the haters if they caught wind of it)?
Recognize them, then rock out with your Brach’s out, baby.
